    Who we are

    Bite is the first concept restaurant to be opened by Yume Foods Catering, 2 chefs with a dream to deliver the best food they could without compromising on quality or service.

    What we do

    We source the finest ingredients we can, and prepare them with over 15 years of combined experience to bring you the best flavor combinations.

    Where we are

    We’ll be setting up shop in the East Dock property of Oak Cliff inside what use to be an abandoned ice factory.

    when we open

    Due to it being a completely new construction project, we are hoping to open doors early 2026
